Wrote this Sunday, Cast it Monday, Locked location Tuesday, Prepped it Wednesday, Shot it Thursday, Edited it Friday, and Coloured it for an hour before Screening it Saturday!

The entire time I told myself if this is going to happen it’s going to happen, and it happened.

’Unread’ is a social commentary on the loneliness epidemic, inspired by post pandemic times and recently witnessing someone singing at a gratitude ceremony. I was desperate to recreate that feeling of being sung to at such close proximity.

This adventure was provoked by a friendly competition between friends. Challenge: shoot a short under 5 minutes, with less than 5 people for under $500. The film is 4:54 min including credits! Thank you team!
